Onondaga Nation- On a beautiful early fall night, fans for the first time entered Tsha’ Thoñ’nhes for a lacrosse game. The fans remarked how beautiful it was to play in and to watch a game. A few people may have been inspired to build similar places in their community.
The exhibition lacrosse action saw the hometown Redhawks played Team Australia. Regulation time ended in a tie and both teams agreed to a shootout. With many oohs and ahs, the visitors from down under prevailed.
Up next the host team the Iroquois Nationals and Team Turkey shared the floor for a late night night practice. The more experienced Nationals helped Team Turkey with some of the nuances of the box game and they were happy to earn. The camaraderie between all 4 the clubs in the World Games was great to witness.
