SyracusePeaceCouncil.com – Onondaga snipe clan artist Brandon Lazore developed the image and painted the mural on August 3-5, 2016. The project was initiated by Leieia’taiéri Logan who saw the original Father LeMoyne mural and asked NOON to see if we could have it replaced with a more accurate and educational mural. NOON worked with LeMoyne Elementary School principal Jason Armstrong for nearly a year to bring this new piece to life.
